About the role
We are seeking a proactive Client Activation/Success Executive to help our newly‑onboarded car‑rental clients get the most out of the 1Now SaaS platform. You will act as the bridge between client success and marketing activation, ensuring customers launch listings, receive bookings, and stay engaged.
Key responsibilities
- Guide new clients through setup of vehicle listings, platform configuration and first bookings.
- Build long‑term relationships to retain clients and keep them active on the platform.
- Assist clients in generating bookings by optimizing listings and coordinating leads.
- Provide marketing guidance on social media, local ads and other online channels.
- Monitor usage data, identify inactive accounts and implement re‑engagement actions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and tech teams for a seamless client experience.
- Collect client feedback to inform product improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Marketing, Sales or Business Development, preferably in SaaS or mobility.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, engagement and retention.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and solve problems quickly.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM or engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Intercom.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and customer acquisition tactics.
