Executive Maintenance Engineer

About the role

The Executive Maintenance Engineer will support engineering and maintenance operations at CCL Pharmaceuticals' manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with quality, HSE and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, minimizing production disruptions.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records, engineering documentation and calibration logs.
• Monitor spare‑parts inventory and support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in root‑cause investigations, troubleshooting and technology upgrades to improve safety and product quality.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (HEC‑recognized).
• 2–4 years of engineering or maintenance experience in pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong documentation discipline within a regulated setting.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Production, Quality, HSE and other teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.
• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance systems.
• Familiarity with calibration systems and spare‑parts management.
• Understanding of quality, HSE and engineering compliance requirements.
