Production & Quality Manager – Ice Cream & Dairy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production & Quality Manager to lead daily operations at a leading ice‑cream and dairy manufacturing plant in Lahore. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production flow while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and implement schedules to meet demand.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001 and other food safety regulations.
• Monitor equipment efficiency, plan maintenance, and keep accurate production records.
• Coordinate with procurement and cross‑functional teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing.
• Lead and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in ice‑cream or dairy manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and team‑management abilities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP and ISO 9001 standards.
• Expertise in production processes, machinery and raw‑material handling.
• Proficiency in maintaining batch documentation and SOP compliance.
