Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Kaizen Paints is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to support its financial strategy and operations. The role focuses on delivering in‑depth financial planning, modelling, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision‑making and optimise business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance complex financial models for business planning, forecasting and decision support.
• Lead budgeting, annual operating plan (AOP) creation and periodic financial forecasting aligned with company targets.
• Conduct manufacturing costing, variance analysis and product costing (BOM, standard costing) to identify cost drivers and improve profitability.
• Analyse margin and profitability across product lines to support pricing and commercial decisions.
• Manage working capital analysis and cash‑flow forecasting to optimise liquidity.
• Evaluate CAPEX projects through ROI and financial viability assessments.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and BI insights using Power BI or Tableau.
• Support ERP implementation and data accuracy in SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Required profile

• Approximately seven years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACMA, ACCA, CFA or an MBA in Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Power Query, macros).
• ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Business intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau.
