Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated FMCG Production Helper to join its 20‑person team in Karachi. The role focuses on supporting daily operations in the production and packing department, ensuring smooth workflow and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Packing and repacking of FMCG products
• Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods
• Supporting production and packing line workers
• Labeling, sorting, and stacking of products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the work area
• Following supervisor instructions and safety rules

Required profile

• Strong time‑management abilities
• Capability to solve basic problems efficiently
• Reliability and willingness to follow instructions
