Full-Stack Web Developer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Full‑Stack Web Developer to join our Karachi team. You will design, build and maintain modern web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability and security while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive front‑end interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Build scalable back‑end services and RESTful or GraphQL APIs with Node.js/Express or Python/FastAPI.
• Integrate AI/ML model APIs and manage inference endpoints.
• Design, implement and optimise relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Implement authentication, authorization and follow OWASP security best practices.
• Monitor performance, uptime and optimise for Core Web Vitals.
• Rapidly prototype new features using AI app builders such as Lovable, Replit and v0.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proficiency in React.js and at least one back‑end framework (Node.js/Express or Python/FastAPI).
• Solid understanding of database design, query optimisation and data modelling.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud services, serverless functions and managed databases.
• Knowledge of web security standards (OWASP Top 10, OAuth 2.0, JWT).
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI development tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Replit) and provide portfolio evidence.
