Lead AI/ML Engineer & Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer who will also serve as the technical lead for our product teams. In this senior position you will shape the AI strategy, guide architecture decisions, and drive the delivery of cutting‑edge machine‑learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define the AI/ML technical strategy and architecture for all products.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Design and implement NLP, computer‑vision, and predictive ML models.
• Integrate AI services such as OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, and Google Vertex AI into applications.
• Mentor team members and conduct regular 1‑on‑1 performance check‑ins.
• Collaborate with the CEO/CTO on product roadmap and technology decisions.
• Ensure code quality, test coverage, and documentation standards across the team.
• Evaluate, adopt, and champion emerging AI‑assisted development tools.
• Drive AI‑augmented development practices using AI coding assistants.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in ML/AI engineering.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams using Agile/Scrum.
• Minimum of 10 operational and live published applications (mobile or web) that can be verified.
