IT Governance & Security Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an IT Governance & Security professional to join Zong’s technology team. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining governance frameworks while ensuring the security of critical systems through effective use of modern security tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor IT governance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess security risks and ensure compliance.
• Manage and configure security solutions such as Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Monitor, analyze and respond to security events using EDR, SIEM and SOAR platforms.
• Produce regular reports on governance metrics and security posture for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT governance or security role.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly.
