Key Account Manager - Enterprise Sales

About the role

PTCL is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead enterprise sales in the South region, driving revenue growth and ensuring high‑quality service delivery to key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and deliver high‑quality services to PTCL’s key accounts in the South region.
• Achieve assigned zonal enterprise sales revenue targets while contributing to overall Enterprise Solutions growth.
• Strengthen and expand the business development pipeline to sustain sales growth.
• Promote B2B revenue growth through new products and solutions such as Cloud, Microsoft, ICT, and Managed Services.
• Improve receivables management to ensure timely collections and healthy cash flow.
• Ensure timely renewal and revision of customer contracts to enhance retention and minimize churn.
• Acquire new key customers and secure large ICT projects to expand the enterprise solutions portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of market dynamics and good relationships with relevant departments (IT, Procurement, Admin, etc.).
• Understanding of ICT and telecom products.
• Relevant sales experience.
• Good communication skills.
• ICT & telecom knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
