Marketing Manager – Digital & Brand Lead

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to drive the digital and brand strategy for a Chicago‑based accounting firm from our Lahore office. You will own end‑to‑end marketing execution, ensuring the firm stays top of mind with small and medium‑sized business owners and referral partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and send monthly newsletters, tax alerts and client communications; manage email databases and platforms.
• Lead the firm’s LinkedIn presence, create content calendars, post, engage and grow the audience; manage Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Maintain and grow the website as an educational resource, handle on‑page SEO, keyword research, meta descriptions and internal linking.
• Uphold visual identity and brand voice across all touchpoints; produce blog posts, case studies, guides and templates.
• Track KPIs such as email engagement, social reach, website traffic and lead generation; deliver monthly dashboards to leadership.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, especially email and social media.
• Strong English writing ability to simplify complex topics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• Project‑management skills to juggle multiple deliverables.

Required skills

• Mailchimp, HubSpot or Constant Contact.
• LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Buffer.
• Canva (minimum) and Adobe Creative Suite (plus).
• WordPress website management.
• SEO tools for keyword research, meta descriptions and internal linking.
