Operations Coordinator – Logistics

About the role

DSV is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support its freight forwarding activities. You will work closely with shippers, clearing agents and airport staff to ensure smooth processing of air waybills and related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare House Air Waybills (HAWB) and Master Air Waybills (MAWB) in the system following SOPs.
• Coordinate with shippers, clearing agents and airport personnel.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external counterparts.
• Ensure accurate system entries and compliance with internal standards.
• Meet internal KPI targets for processing and invoicing.
• Generate invoices for relevant parties according to KPI guidelines.
• Adhere to all freight forwarding rules, regulations and customer SOPs.

Required profile

• Graduated degree with at least 2 years of experience in a similar logistics operations role.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as a collaborative team player.
