About the role
Tapmad is seeking a driven Partnerships & Alliances Executive to expand its B2B footprint. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships that accelerate growth and enhance market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the company’s partnership and alliance strategy.
- Identify and assess new partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Assist in negotiating partnership terms and coordinate with legal, finance, and other internal teams for agreement execution.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of partnerships.
- Track and report on partnership performance using key metrics and suggest improvements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging collaboration opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced setting.
- Familiarity with the industry ecosystem and key players is advantageous.
