People & Culture Partner

About the role

We are seeking a People & Culture Partner to own end‑to‑end people operations and drive culture‑building initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, solving people‑related challenges, and balancing empathy with accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain visibility on task ownership, team bandwidth, and execution flow across teams.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring quality hires aligned with team needs and culture.
• Own the complete employee life‑cycle: onboarding, engagement, development, and off‑boarding.
• Lead structured feedback processes, including scheduled 1:1s, to ensure actionable conversations.
• Plan and execute team engagement initiatives that strengthen culture.
• Apply a strong understanding of organizational culture to daily practices.
• Distinguish performance gaps from situational challenges, responding with balanced empathy and accountability.
• Act as a bridge between leadership and teams, clarifying expectations, priorities, and feedback.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks through cross‑team coordination.
• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and publications as needed.
• Provide leadership with unbiased insights on team execution risks and people‑related challenges.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in operations, people management, HR, or coordination‑heavy roles.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to understand people beyond surface‑level communication.
• Excellent communication skills with adaptable tone for different audiences.
• Ability to stay composed and make sound judgments in ambiguous or sensitive situations.
• Experience handling team dynamics, conflicts, and people‑related challenges.
• Understanding of learning & development concepts.
