Performance Marketer

About the role

SJ Holdings is looking for a Performance Marketer to plan, execute and optimise data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels, supporting its brand visibility and investor outreach goals. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid media campaigns such as search, social and display
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and use analytics tools to refine targeting, messaging and budget allocation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaign strategy with investment priorities
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights
• Explore new growth channels, run A/B tests and ensure compliance with brand guidelines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field; digital marketing or analytics certifications are a plus
• Experience in financial services, investment management or related fields is an advantage
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and managing several projects at once

Required skills

• Performance marketing: paid search, paid social, display advertising and campaign optimisation
• Analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation and funnel analysis
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing and marketing automation
• Budget management focused on ROI and cost efficiency
