About the role
The Production Supervisor leads and develops an operational team to meet safety, cost, quality, inventory, and service goals while driving continuous improvement across daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop staff; manage performance, goals, and feedback.
- Supervise daily work schedules, adjust staffing and workflow to maximize capacity and efficiency.
- Design and implement improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory, and services.
- Analyze operational data, identify issues, and provide prompt problem‑solving.
- Maintain quality control processes, lead 5S, housekeeping, and recycling initiatives.
- Conduct safety meetings, huddles, and promote a safety‑conscious environment.
Required profile
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of operational experience with team‑leader responsibilities.
- Strong ability to manage, coach, and develop diverse teams.
- Experience leading continuous‑improvement efforts and familiarity with ELS Operating Principle.
