About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while also driving our online presence. This hybrid position blends front‑desk administration with creative digital marketing tasks to support brand awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients courteously, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Manage front‑desk operations: answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up‑to‑date office records.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent messaging.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking marketing data and reporting.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of relevant experience in both office administration and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask efficiently.
