Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator

About the role

As a Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator within Savvital's Client Services team, you will support a fast‑growing U.S. consulting organization by identifying, engaging, and onboarding high‑caliber, leadership‑level talent such as executives, business owners, and seasoned advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source experienced professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, job boards, networking groups, and industry associations.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage business owners, independent consultants, commercial insurance producers, financial advisors, CPAs, and senior executives.
• Conduct initial qualification calls, talent assessments, and interviews; evaluate candidates on experience, leadership background, and network strength.
• Coordinate multi‑stage interview scheduling and manage follow‑up tracking.
• Guide selected candidates through onboarding, documentation, background checks, and system activation.
• Maintain data integrity and candidate pipelines in CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel) and track recruiting KPIs.

Required profile

• Preferably a 4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated recruiting experience, preferably with senior‑level or executive talent.
