Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering high‑volume recruitment across multiple departments while ensuring quality, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience. The role also serves as an HR Business Partner, supporting workforce planning, retention initiatives, and internal mobility for assigned functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end high‑volume recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, salary negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, talent databases and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, niche and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, hiring trackers and documentation.
• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, advising on workforce planning, retention and organizational structure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal HR teams to understand talent needs and ensure timely decision‑making.
• Support headcount planning, track hiring progress against approved plans and report gaps or risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and drive recruitment efficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals for candidate sourcing.
