Sales Development Representative (Arabic)

About the role

Systems Limited is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Sales Development Representative to generate high‑quality sales qualified leads (SQLs) for its medical technology portfolio. You will work remotely, engaging prospects through phone, video, chat and email to nurture marketing qualified leads into pipeline opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting (cold‑calls, email, social) and follow‑up on Marketing Qualified Leads.
• Qualify customers and prospects against SQL criteria and hand‑off warm leads to Account Executives.
• Present product value propositions via virtual demos, video conferences, online chat and phone calls.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM, plan calls, and schedule follow‑ups.
• Meet daily, monthly and quarterly KPI targets and support AEs in achieving sales quotas.
• Track customer insights, identify regional trends, and contribute to territory planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely product information and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in the medical technology sector and prior SDR/BDM/inside‑sales experience.
• Professional sales skills, resilience, coachability and consistent performance.
• Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to lead follow‑up.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency.
• Medical‑technology product knowledge.
• CRM expertise (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud or equivalent).
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital sales channels and remote‑selling tools.
