Associate Business Developer

About the role

Devsinc is looking for a results‑driven Associate Business Developer to support staff augmentation and lead generation initiatives. You will work closely with Sales, Recruitment and Delivery teams to turn qualified leads into long‑term staffing partnerships and achieve monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach and cold‑email campaigns, using tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake or Instantly.
• Apply on job portals and talent marketplaces to generate qualified IT staffing opportunities.
• Prepare customized proposals, respond to RFPs and manage client communications.
• Qualify, nurture and track B2C outbound leads through structured follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of leads, proposals and closed contracts across roles like Full‑Stack, iOS, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Python, DevOps, Shopify, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT staff augmentation, business development or B2C tech sales.
• Proven success in LinkedIn outreach, email‑based lead generation and proposal writing.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong English fluency.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake.
• Experience with remote job platforms such as Indeed, Toptal, Wellfound, ZipRecruiter, Dice.
• Knowledge of global IT staffing models (hourly, dedicated, fixed, retainer, hybrid).
• CRM maintenance and metric tracking.
