Pre‑Sales Executive

About the role

Devsinc, a leading software development agency, is seeking a Pre‑Sales Executive to join the team and report directly to the SVP of Sales Engineering. The role involves bridging the gap between sales and technical delivery, ensuring solutions align with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, including product demos, presentations, and proof‑of‑concept activities.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet business requirements.
• Assist in developing technical proposals, solution architecture, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed, requirement‑focused documentation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams and user guides.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to advise sales strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, presales, or solutions engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
