Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy Sales Development Representative to become the engine of our sales pipeline. You will work remotely, engaging with potential customers, qualifying opportunities, and setting up discovery meetings for senior sales colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential clients.
• Manage high‑volume outreach through cold calling, professional networking, and email campaigns.
• Qualify leads by understanding business needs and assessing alignment with our solutions.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and lead statuses in tracking systems.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline contribution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales, retail, or hospitality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy daily schedule.
• Competitive spirit with a desire to meet and exceed performance metrics.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities over the phone.
