Sales Manager

About the role

Remote Growth Partners is seeking a Sales Manager to act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal operations. You will oversee deployed sales representatives, ensure they are equipped for success, and quickly adapt to diverse industry sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
• Oversee and manage salespeople deployed to various client sales teams, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Rapidly learn each client’s unique sales process and provide guidance to their sales teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, including sales call analysis and constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with HR to hire and onboard sales reps for client engagements.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, delivering reports to internal teams and clients.
• Address and resolve issues that arise with deployed sales teams or client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years managing modern sales teams selling to US customers.
• Experience hiring at least 10 sales reps in BDR or AE roles.
• At least 2 years in performance management, reviewing sales calls and providing feedback.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to different sales processes.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week aligned with US Eastern Time.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM and sales acceleration tools such as Gong and Salesloft.
