Sales Operations Executive

About the role

The Sales Operations Executive will support D•Engage's sales organization by managing documentation, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams. This position is ideal for a proactive graduate eager to develop a career in enterprise sales and business operations within a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with day‑to‑day operational and administrative activities.
• Prepare and format commercial proposals, presentations, contracts, and other customer‑facing documents.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Presales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure smooth business processes.
• Maintain version control and proper documentation for proposals, contracts, and commercial files.
• Support RFP responses, invoicing, payment tracking, and record keeping of purchase orders and agreements.
• Create visually appealing PowerPoint decks, case studies, and reports while ensuring branding consistency.
• Maintain trackers, reports, CRM hygiene, and assist with sales reporting and internal meeting coordination.

Required profile

• Graduate with up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating customer presentations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data hygiene.
