About the role

The Sales Specialist will work on‑site at our Karachi store, engaging customers and recommending daily essential products from ChuckaBoo Store. You will be the front‑line representative, ensuring a smooth shopping experience and supporting sales growth.

Key responsibilities

Manage in‑store customer inquiries and process orders.
Maintain attractive product displays and support promotional activities.
Track sales performance and provide feedback to improve processes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Assist in onboarding new staff and sharing product knowledge.
Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.

Required profile

Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Proven sales and sales‑management skills to meet targets.
Experience training or onboarding new team members.
Basic computer literacy with familiarity with online retail or POS systems.
Ability to work on‑site in Karachi in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Prior experience in retail, e‑commerce, or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
