Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

Systems Limited is seeking a technically skilled SEO Executive to join its extended digital team through an external partner. The role focuses on technical SEO, enterprise CMS platforms, and AI‑driven optimisation, offering hands‑on ownership of SEO governance and cross‑functional delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the global SEO roadmap into actionable local deliverables across multiple markets.
• Validate agency recommendations for technical soundness, efficiency and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Content and Analytics teams to ensure holistic digital visibility.
• Execute technical SEO tasks such as metadata optimisation, schema markup, image‑alt text, and internal linking.
• Manage small‑scale updates in Magento and Adobe AEM, adhering to best practices.
• Conduct SEO audits using Screaming Frog, SEMrush and Google Search Console and provide actionable recommendations.
• Define and maintain SEO standards, naming conventions, metadata templates and link governance.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Conductor, Similarweb) to identify keyword opportunities, content gaps and technical issues at scale.
• Monitor organic performance metrics, contribute to Power BI dashboards and align reporting with Workfront workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience, preferably with a technical focus and CMS implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with Magento and/or Adobe AEM.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with Excel, Power BI and data interpretation.
• Proficiency with core SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics and Conductor.
