Senior Process Engineer

About the role

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join its Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. The role supports modular skid packages, wellhead control panels, and pressure regulation systems for oil and gas projects, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design processes for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, separators, process skids and chemical injection skids.
• Develop Basis of Design, Process Design Criteria, PFDs and P&IDs for FEED and detailed design.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, line sizing, blow‑down, hydrate studies and valve sizing.
• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL and risk‑management studies.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, technical bid evaluations and project cost control.
• Prepare technical reports, conduct design reviews, dispersion, surge and dynamic simulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 4‑6 years of design experience in oil & gas, both brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Proficiency in designing pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks and process skids.
• Experience with hydraulic pump/compressor calculations and valve sizing.
• Strong vendor management and inter‑discipline coordination skills.
