Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Solutions Engineer will work on designing and delivering Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions for industrial and utility‑scale projects. The role involves close collaboration with sales, project, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Design and size BESS and hybrid Solar‑BESS solutions, including load analysis and feasibility studies.
• Prepare single‑line diagrams (SLDs), bills of quantities (BOQs), system configurations and technical documentation.
• Support sales and project teams during customer meetings and throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, clients and suppliers.
• Assist in installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of projects.
• Conduct technical trainings and presentations for EPCs and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Solar PV, BESS or power systems, preferably on industrial/utility‑scale projects.
