Sports Instructor

About the role

The Elixir School is seeking a full‑time Sports Instructor to join our campus in Karachi. You will design and deliver physical education programmes, coach school teams such as baseball, and promote health and wellness among students of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured training and PE curricula aligned with school objectives.
• Coach and mentor sports teams, with a focus on baseball, preparing students for competitions.
• Conduct fitness assessments and monitor student progress.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship and an inclusive, safe environment during all activities.
• Collaborate with academic staff to integrate physical education with broader educational goals.

Required profile

• Prior experience in sports coaching or physical education, preferably within a school setting.
• Strong communication and teaching abilities to engage and motivate learners.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive atmosphere while upholding safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science or a related field is preferred.
