About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This is a flexible, commission‑only role where you leverage your professional network to introduce Flowmingo to HR and recruiting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s free and premium solutions to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and address basic usage questions.
• Collect feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive a bonus when onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent‑acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed schedule or quota.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HR and recruiting processes.
• Ability to communicate the benefits of AI‑driven hiring technology.
