About the role

National Foods Limited is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growth by managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes. The role involves sourcing, screening, assessing, and onboarding new hires while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with NFL’s objectives.
• Execute full recruitment cycle: planning, candidate management, assessments, selection, and offer negotiations.
• Identify cost‑effective sourcing channels and conduct shortlisting based on job requirements.
• Organise and participate in career fairs to attract quality candidates.
• Manage graduate, intern, and secondee hiring in line with approved policies.
• Conduct pre‑employment reference checks and finalize job offers after approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding, ensuring timely provision of resources such as desk and PC.
• Communicate with unsuccessful candidates while promoting NFL’s brand.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, prepare reports, and keep hiring managers updated.
• Maintain a recruitment dashboard and analyse data to optimise talent acquisition KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
