Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Technical Support Engineer in Karachi. The role involves providing technical support for software applications, operating systems, user accounts and basic network connectivity, working the morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Gather issue details, reproduce faults, assess impact and apply root‑cause analysis.
• Use service‑desk workflows to prioritize, escalate, resolve and document support requests.
• Explain technical steps to users and follow through on unresolved issues.
• Handle financial‑service information securely and confidentially.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and other support teams.
• Learn fintech products, tools and support procedures.

Required profile

• Clear written and verbal communication, able to explain technical steps to non‑technical users.
• Customer‑focused service with patience, ownership and follow‑through.
• Careful documentation and secure handling of confidential information.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations and support teams.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn fintech products and tools.
