Virtual Assistant (HR Recruitment Coordination)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our HR department in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring environment. You will keep recruitment operations running smoothly by handling candidate communication, interview scheduling, and data management with precision.

Key responsibilities

• Screen incoming applications and maintain accurate candidate data.
• Update hiring trackers, spreadsheets, and recruitment records.
• Coordinate and schedule a large volume of candidate interviews.
• Manage interview calendars, send invitations, confirmations, reminders, and follow‑ups.
• Handle rescheduling quickly while keeping all records up‑to‑date.
• Organise candidate pipelines across different hiring stages.
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on provided criteria.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms when required.
• Collect required candidate information and documentation.
• Report daily progress, completed tasks, pending actions, and blockers.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Recruitment Assistant, HR Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle responsibility professionally.
• Stable internet connection and a proper remote‑work setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in Google Docs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.

What we offer

• Remote work arrangement.
• Fixed working hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time.
• Monthly salary of PKR 40,000.
