Accounts Officer – Financial Reporting & Ledger Management

About the role

Kainat Travels is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounts Officer to manage daily financial operations, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and support the company’s financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Maintain and update the general ledger with timely entries.
• Prepare regular bank reconciliation statements.
• Track daily expenses and execute daily closing activities.
• Generate periodic financial reports for management insight.
• Ensure all financial documentation complies with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in budget and forecast preparation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support audit processes by providing required documents promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of relevant accounting experience.
• Graduation degree (bachelor’s level) in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
