ASO Specialist – Mobile App Optimization

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven ASO Specialist to boost the visibility and organic growth of our mobile games on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive App Store Optimization strategies.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and optimize titles, descriptions, screenshots and icons.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, downloads and conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests to improve store conversion and track performance metrics.
• Prepare regular performance reports and stay updated with ASO trends and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design and Development teams to enhance app listings and identify new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Background in digital marketing or user acquisition, preferably within mobile gaming.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data‑driven decision making.
