Business Operations & Technical Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Business Operations & Technical Project Lead to drive the launch and growth of a new weight‑loss business. The role blends business execution, technical coordination, and stakeholder management in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own business initiatives from planning through launch, translating requirements into clear actions and deliverables.
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, dependencies and milestones; identify and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA and other technical teams to deliver website updates, integrations and internal systems.
• Support testing, implementation and launch activities while monitoring technical issues and system improvements.
• Establish and maintain smooth business operations, define processes, and close operational gaps.
• Act as the central liaison between business stakeholders and internal teams, providing regular progress updates and escalating critical issues with solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
• Technically confident and able to discuss website, web‑application and integration topics with developers.
• Highly organised, proactive, accountable and execution‑focused.
• Problem‑solver comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and capable of working independently.
