About the role
We are a family‑like Upwork agency focused on cold outreach for small‑and‑medium businesses. We are looking for an honest, career‑oriented cold caller to join our team on the night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Make cold calls to prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
- Work the night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) with a one‑hour break, Monday to Friday.
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow up on leads.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken English.
- Serious, career‑oriented attitude with good work behavior and punctuality.
- Ready to learn, improve and work nights reliably.
- Based in Lahore and able to work from the office at 108 Orange Square, Singhpura.
