B2B Appointment Setter / Outbound Sales Specialist (US Market)

About the role

TMG Global, an AI-driven software development and digital marketing company, is looking for an articulate, resilient B2B Appointment Setter / Outbound Sales Specialist to join its revenue generation team in Lahore. You will run outbound phone campaigns into the United States, targeting C-level executives, founders and department leaders, and book confirmed discovery meetings for the Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Make 70-100+ targeted outbound cold calls daily to US business owners, CTOs, CMOs and tech founders.
• Pitch TMG Global's combined offering of custom software engineering and full-funnel digital growth marketing, tailored to each prospect.
• Ask diagnostic questions to uncover pain points, tech roadmaps, current agency relationships and budget readiness.
• Handle objections such as "we have an in-house team" or "we already use an agency".
• Book qualified discovery calls on BDM calendars and run reminders to keep an 85%+ show-up rate.
• Log call outcomes, objection types and prospect intelligence in the CRM.

Required profile

• 1.5 to 4 years of proven B2B cold calling, outbound business development or appointment setting experience targeting the US or North American market.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles, tech stacks or digital growth marketing concepts (PPC, SEO, ROAS); candidates selling IT staff augmentation or agency services are strongly preferred.
• Flawless spoken English with a neutral accent, natural pacing and strong active listening.
• Resilience against rejection and a competitive drive to meet weekly booked-meeting quotas.
• Mandatory availability for permanent on-site night shifts aligned with US EST or PST business hours.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with cloud dialers and modern CRM software.
• Experience with prospect data engines.
