Outbound Appointment Setter (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

Marketing Transformers, a revenue growth and AI automation company with over 600 active monthly clients, is expanding its outbound sales division for its Xpress AI Growth Accelerator program. It is looking for experienced appointment setters to work remotely from Pakistan, on an Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) night shift (early morning Pakistan time). The role involves calling qualified prospects and booking appointments for senior sales consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100-150 outbound calls per day using an automated dialer system.
• Call Principal Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Directors and other business decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects using the company's sales framework and handle objections professionally.
• Book qualified appointments into senior closer calendars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
• Aim for 6 qualified appointments per day and manage the pipeline consistently.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of outbound cold-calling experience on international campaigns (AU, US or UK).
• Experience in B2B sales, telecom, insurance, merchant cash advance (MCA), lead generation or high-ticket appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Reliable home office with high-speed internet, a quiet workspace and power backup.
• Must complete a 60-second voice audition before being considered.
