About the role
A client of GlobalEasyHire is hiring a full-time, onsite Cold Caller in Lahore, Pakistan, working a night shift targeting the US market. The role is about selling: candidates must speak with international clients, handle objections, identify business needs and generate qualified meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B cold calls to potential clients
- Introduce and sell digital marketing services, including SEO, AEO/GEO, social media marketing and website development
- Identify prospects, understand their business needs and handle objections
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call and lead records
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
Required profile
- 1+ year of cold calling or outbound sales experience
- Digital marketing sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong English communication and conversational skills
- Confident speaking with international clients
- Target-oriented and consistent approach
Required skills
- Objection handling and persuasion
- Basic understanding of sales and lead qualification
