About the role

Limo Stack is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to US‑based luxury limousine and chauffeur clients. The role operates on a night shift aligned with US business hours, acting as the primary point of contact for bookings, inquiries, and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from US customers.
• Process and manage limousine and chauffeur service bookings, providing accurate quotes.
• Coordinate ride scheduling with dispatch and driver teams to ensure timely service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer and booking information within the CRM system.
• Conduct follow‑up communications to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Prior experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Fluent English with a neutral accent suitable for US clientele.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
