Customer Support Agent (3D Printing Studio)

About the role

Printonio is a 3D printing and design studio in Pak-Arab Housing Scheme, Lahore, run by Pazhong Automation. It designs and prints custom parts, replacement parts, prototypes, gifts and decor for customers across Pakistan. The studio is hiring an on-site Customer Support Agent who will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, understanding what needs to be printed or designed, giving a quote and turning the conversation into an order.

Key responsibilities

• Reply to customers on WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram, Facebook and the website
• Understand each request: photos, measurements, 3D files (STL, STEP, 3MF), quantity and deadline
• Work with the design and print team to prepare quotes, then follow up and close the deal
• Confirm orders and payments and keep customers updated until delivery
• Keep a record of every inquiry and its follow-up

Required profile

• Confident speaking with customers on calls, in English and Urdu
• Good English typing: fast, clear and correct written replies
• Able to understand technical details and explain them simply
• Polite, patient and good at follow-ups
• Experience in customer support or sales is a plus; interest in 3D printing or technology is a plus

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 25,000 per month
• Commission on every deal closed
• Shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM with a 1-hour break
• On-site work at Plaza 7, Block C, Pak-Arab Housing Scheme, Lahore
