About the role

The Director, TradeMark Marketing leads the Coca‑Cola TradeMark agenda in Pakistan, driving growth through consumer‑centric strategies, innovative brand experiences and data‑enabled marketing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the CCTM ABP agenda, ensuring strong ROI and market share growth.
• Own the TradeMark category P&L and deliver measurable performance against targets.
• Influence OU‑wide and global long‑range plans, aligning local initiatives with broader strategic priorities.
• Lead a high‑performing team of direct and indirect marketers, fostering a culture of excellence and servant leadership.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to integrate digital, data, and innovation capabilities into the marketing flywheel.

Required profile

• 10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategy and innovation.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross‑functional and cross‑geographical projects.
• Experience in frontline marketing and driving digital/data‑led initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership; RGM experience is a plus.
• Growth mindset, high analytical ability and strong influence with senior executives.
