Healthcare Instruments Sales Officer

About the role

The Healthcare Instruments Sales Officer will promote and sell medical equipment and disposable products to government and private hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals. You will act as the primary point of contact for doctors, procurement teams, and store & accounts departments, building lasting relationships that drive repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, procurement, and store & accounts departments.
• Visit hospitals and laboratories regularly and follow up with end‑users.
• Participate in tenders, prepare quotations, and conduct product demonstrations.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Submit daily and monthly sales reports to management.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new clients and growth opportunities.
• Use CRM tools to manage customer information and track sales activities.
• Negotiate sales terms, prices, and contracts to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports to support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Graduation degree (minimum).
• 1‑2 years of experience in the medical disposable industry.
• Strong product knowledge of medical instruments and disposables.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, pleasant demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
