Home Care Nurse - On-Call Home Visits

About the role

Teemardari Home Health Care Services is a Lahore-based home healthcare provider whose nurses, attendants, physiotherapists and PMDC-registered doctors visit homes 24/7. It is expanding its network and wants skilled, compassionate nurses to care for patients in their homes according to the doctor's prescription and care plans, working on a flexible, on-call basis.

Key responsibilities

• Administer prescribed IV / IM injections and IV drips safely
• Perform wound dressing, including surgical, diabetic and post-operative wounds
• Care for Foley catheters, NG tubes and stoma bags
• Remove stitches and care for POP / back slabs as prescribed
• Monitor vitals (BP, blood sugar, temperature, pulse) and record readings
• Provide post-surgery and post-hospitalisation care at home
• Support patients and families with comfort, hygiene and dignity
• Follow infection control and hygiene standards at every visit
• Report patient condition and concerns to the care coordinator
• Arrive on time and communicate professionally with families

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nursing (General Nursing / BSN / Post-RN)
• Valid PNC registration
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
• Currently based in Lahore, with availability for home visits in your area
• Good communication skills and a respectful, patient attitude
• Willingness to be verified (CNIC, qualification and reference checks)
• Nice to have: ICU or ward experience, and experience with elderly, bedridden or post-surgical patients

Final-year nursing students (BSN / Diploma / Post-RN) are encouraged to apply; they may be considered for supervised roles depending on training and registration status. Both male and female nurses are encouraged to apply.
