Branch Manager - Pharmacy

About the role

PhilBox Official, a partnership organisation described as a "Complete Health Companion", is hiring a Branch Manager for its pharmacy branch in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling and supervise the pharmacy and front-desk teams.
• Ensure prescription processing, dispensing and inventory management are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate procurement and keep medicines and health products properly stored and documented.
• Handle customer service issues and maintain a professional, supportive environment for patients.
• Implement standard operating procedures to uphold quality, safety and service standards.
• Track branch performance, prepare basic operational reports, support marketing or promotional activities and work with senior management to improve workflows and customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and branch management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring and workflow coordination.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, inventory control and basic regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Customer service and communication skills to handle patient inquiries and resolve issues.
• Organizational and time-management skills, and basic financial and reporting abilities to monitor performance and support budgeting.
• Relevant education in Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a related field; a pharmacy qualification or license is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare retail or branch management is preferred, especially in a community- or patient-facing setting.

Required skills

• Comfort with pharmacy or retail management software and standard office applications.
• Inventory control and record keeping.
