About the role

The HR Executive will drive talent acquisition, support onboarding, and manage administrative functions to ensure smooth HR operations in a fast‑growing telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks and internal referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and employment contracts; oversee pre‑employment checks and onboarding steps.
  • Supervise support staff, monitor attendance, allocate work and provide training as needed.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in Lahore’s competitive market.
  • Assist the Admin Head with vehicle fleet management, fuel records and routine maintenance.
  • Manage petty cash, maintain transaction records and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Required profile

  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
