Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Translation Empire PK is seeking a forward‑thinking Learning & Development Manager to shape and execute the company’s learning strategy. You will design programs that boost employee performance, foster career growth, and increase engagement across all business levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Conduct skills‑gap analyses and forecast future learning needs.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership, technical and soft‑skill development programs.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, user tracking and reporting.
• Partner with department heads and senior leaders to ensure learning initiatives support strategic priorities.
• Drive employee engagement, career development and onboarding programs.
• Measure program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Stay current with industry best practices and integrate innovative learning technologies.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education or related field.
• 5‑7 years of progressive L&D experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, coaching and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and analytical skills.
• Preferred certifications such as CIPD Level 5/7, SHRM‑CP/SCP, ATD or equivalent.
