About the role
The HR Executive will drive talent acquisition, support onboarding, and manage administrative functions to ensure smooth HR operations in a fast‑growing telecom environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks and internal referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and employment contracts; oversee pre‑employment checks and onboarding steps.
- Supervise support staff, monitor attendance, allocate work and provide training as needed.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in Lahore’s competitive market.
- Assist the Admin Head with vehicle fleet management, fuel records and routine maintenance.
- Manage petty cash, maintain transaction records and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Required profile
- BBA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
