HR Trainee - Learning & Development

About the role

Lucky Core Industries is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join its HR team as an HR Trainee, with a focus on Learning & Development. The role suits someone who enjoys learning, data and creating meaningful employee experiences, and offers a chance to start an HR career.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organise and maintain training data, and develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate training programmes with internal and external trainers, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination and follow-ups.
• Support training sessions from preparation and delivery to post-session feedback.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading e-learning modules, managing enrolments and tracking completion.
• Contribute to HR projects focused on employee experience, learning, engagement and organisational culture.
• Support the wider HR team and help prepare communications, presentations and other HR materials.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and integrity.
• Stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Agility, adaptability and a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with dashboard tools such as Power BI or LMS platforms is an advantage.
